Role of the Superintendent Policy

After thorough review of the draft policy update with the partner groups at the Special Committee of the Whole and Siwal Si'wes Policy Review Committee, the draft Role of the Superintendent Policy was approved in principle on May 20, 2025.

Animals in Schools Policy approved in principle and the corresponding Animals in Schools Administrative Procedure feedback tool closed on May 20, 2025.

We thank everyone who responded, we received 730 responses! A summary of responses was generated half way through the month, and is now saved in the Animals in Schools folder under Documents.

A Final Summary and recommendations to the Board will be shared during the Special Committee of the Whole and Board of Education meetings in June.
