    Elementary Hot Lunch Program Survey

    This survey is for the parents of Elementary School students.  We are asking for feedback on the current pilot hot lunch program catered by Simply Foods and/or the Lunch Lady. (Please note, that we are NOT referring to the Hot lunches organized by the PAC).  If your school does not currently have a hot lunch program, we are asking if you would be interested in having your school participate in this program.  We are seeking information to help guide our decisions about how to continue this program next year, whether or not it should continue to be partially funded and if families are feeling they are getting good value for their purchase. Please help us in deciding how to proceed with this program.
